We believe a gold transaction should be judged on evidence, not promises. Every buyer is given the opportunity to inspect the product and have it tested by an independent laboratory before committing funds.

How a gold transaction works

Enquiry & KYC
The buyer submits an enquiry. Both parties exchange company registration and identification documents.

Agreement
Quantity, price basis, delivery terms and assay procedure are set out in a written sale agreement.

Inspection & Assay
The buyer or their representative inspects the product. Samples are tested by an independent laboratory.

Payment
Payment is made through the channel set out in the agreement, based on the confirmed assay result.

Delivery
Product is released with full documentation and moved to the agreed delivery point.
